Dolç Clàssic cava was released in 1959 under the name of Extra Dulce and later the Espumoso Dulce and Gran Reserva Dulce types were created. It has had a strong comeback, being a much-admired cava for lovers of pairings, specifically with desserts. Its current image was created by the English artist Leonard Beard.

Macerated with the skins. Fermented in stainless steel tank and then in contact with their fine lees. Aged in the bottle more than 25 months on the property. Clarified by hand on the riddling rack. A cava made for enjoying with desserts!
Straw yellow color with golden reflections, bright. Fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fine with aromas of brioche and a background of nuts. In the mouth it is silky with a good sweet-acid balance. Ideal for desserts, ice creams and any type of bonbon, and a variety of cookies.
