Dolç Clàssic cava was released in 1959 under the name of Extra Dulce, and later we created Espumoso Dulce and Gran Reserva Dulce. It has had a strong comeback, being a much-admired cava for lovers of pairings, specifically of desserts. Its current image was created by the English artist Leonard Beard.

Macerated with the skin. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then in contact with its fine lees. Aged in bottle fpr more than 25 months on the property. Clarified by hand on the bottle desk.
Straw yellow color with golden, bright reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. The nose is fine, with aromas of brioche and a background of nuts. In the mouth it is silky and with a good sweet-acid balance. Ideal for desserts, ice creams and any type of bonbons or cookies.
