Although we have produced rosé cavas since our founding, they were always Semi-Secos. After receiving many requests from our clients, in 1988 we began producing a rosé Brut Nature. Since 2011, this has been produced as a Brut, named Reserva Rosat Brut.

Macerated with the skins to extract the colors and aromas of the varietals. Fermented in stainless steel and then in contact with their fine lees. Aged over 25 months in our cavas. This cava is aimed at a young audience, who is looking for freshness on the palate.
Rose color with cherry reflections. Fine and persistent bubbles. Clean aromas of fresh strawberry with a background of pastry. The palate is fresh with integrated bubbles and a lingering aftertaste. For appetizers, rice and pastas with sauce.
