This wine was created in memory of Mercé Planas Oliver (1941-2001), the second generation of our business, daughter of oenologists and mother of oenologists. Her love for red wines led us to create Mercé Criança.

PRODUCTION

Macerated 48 hours with the skins at low temperature for the extraction of primary aromas of red fruits. Maceration is followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 14-16ºC.

TASTING NOTES

Cherry red color with violet reflections. The nose is pleasant, jovial with aromas of berries (currant, blackberry, blueberry), notes of spices and a minty background. In the mouth it has character, sparkling with a slight astringency that mixes the red fruit with freshness. Pairing: grilled meats with rich sauces, to accompany stews. It is a playful wine.
