ELABORATION

A Xarel·lo de las Guixeres, is left to mature in the vineyard to interpret a Breezy wine. It is a winemaking with its own origins. We want to show all the virtues of the Xarel lo variety. Harvested by hand with boxes. The rapa is removed, the must is fermented with native yeast while macerating with its own skins and seeds, in a steel tank for 10 days. Without adding any sulfites it will be bottled.

TASTING NOTES

Natural and open, we find Poco, a cloudy golden yellow wine. On the nose it has complex aromas, notes of Mediterranean herbs typical of the area such as chamomile, a hint of mountain infusions and a background of ripe apple. In the mouth, its volume is noticeable with a dry herbaceous finish due to its own tannins that makes it so particular.
