PRODUCTION
Made with the traditional varietals of the Penedes region. Fermented in stainless steel tanks and then in contact with their fine lees. Aged in the bottle for more than 25 months on the property. Clarified by hand on the bottle desk. This cava is made to be shared on the table.
TASTING NOTES
Clean and bright, with a pale yellow color and golden reflections. The nose is fine with aromas of ripe fruit, notes of pastry and a background of nuts. The palate is fresh, with a good balance of sweetness and acidity. Ideal for snacks and desserts, specially cocoa.
